Our fundraising options have emerged after growing requests for financial support from many local organizations. We look forward to becoming your partner in your fundraising efforts!

How Does it work?

Coffeehouse Five makes it simple to raise money for your organization through the sale of coffee beans, Keurig-compatible coffee pods, or brewed coffee for events. We provide you with all the tools to succeed including a unique fundraising website page, direct QR code, marketing material templates to use when approaching your audience, payment processing, and tracking of sales by individual (if applicable). 

What are My fundraising options?

We have three options for ways to fundraise so you can have flexibility depending on your needs. You can choose one or more of the options to maximize your earning potential!

1. ONLINE SALES
   With online sales, you direct all customers to make their purchases through your organization's unique sales website. We manage all order submissions, payments, and shipping. This method is ideal for those who do not want to worry about managing payments or collecting multiple payment methods like cash or check. 
2. ON DEMAND SALES
   For any organization that wants to have a selection of our products on hand to sell to customers directly, we offer our wholesale rates and do not require order minimums. With this option, your organization is responsible for collecting and tracking payment for any products you sell. 
3. BREWED COFFEE EVENT SALES
   We provide you with a discounted purchase on our large canister of coffee, called a cambro, which keeps beverages hot or cold for up to 4 hours. We also equip you with cups and lids. You sell the coffee at our recommended price of $3 per cup. Each cambro holds roughly 75 cups. This option is ideal for organizations who wish to sell coffee as part of a fundraiser at sporting events, church functions, or other single events.

HOW MUCH CAN I EARN?

Our coffee pods and bags of coffee vary in price, but organizations will earn 40% of all profits on each sale.
For brewed coffee event fundraisers, organizations can earn up to $130 for each cambro of coffee served at an event if using our recommended pricing of $3 per cup. 

WHY PARTNER WITH COFFEEHOUSE FIVE?

Unlike traditional fundraisers, we do not require a specific timeframe for your fundraiser to begin and end. Instead, your organization's website and unique QR codes will be active for as long as you wish to partner so that you can keep earning through the sale of our coffee. 

In addition, as a community-centered, locally reputable brand that serves exceptional coffee, your audience will feel great about their investment in a high quality product while supporting your cause. The bonus is that by working together, we fuel both of our missions because all Coffeehouse Five proceeds support free mental health counseling in our community.

WHEN DO I GET PAID?

All fundraising payouts will occur the first week of every month including a report of amounts earned by individuals (if tracking individually). Please note that a minimum requirement of $250 in sales is required before your first payout is issued.
